I purchased my Chrysler at this dealership in 2015 and each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regardin each time I have had required service or emergency repair as was this week's appointment I was greeted politely and promptly. My questions regarding the repair were answered and I left the vehicle (undriveable) at the dealer for repair to be completed the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the service manager that the repair had been completed the same day I brought my car there. This effort took place despite several service writers and mechanics absent due to Covid. Excellent service! More

Got a next day appointment for 40,000 mile maintenance work on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Drive-thru drop- off was very quick and easy. Service tech called me about work proposed and again when my Jeep was re work on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Drive-thru drop- off was very quick and easy. Service is extremely poor would rather have my Computer IT neighbor work on my Jeep. Polite, on time service. Easy to schedule service at time we wanted.. Honest. We had scheduled tire rotation and they told us the wear was even, tread was good for another 5000 Miles.
