I went in on a Sunday morning only half expecting to purchase a truck listed online. Jon was the salesman that I dealt with and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. Bear in mind that the truck had a lot of extra options and features that he was able to explain, and demonstrate how they work. If he didn't know the answer, he went into the service department and got the answer in a prompt manner. When negotiating the price, he was very reasonable and accommodating, providing me with all options of payment plans that worked for my budget. I went in mid-morning, and rolled off the lot in the early afternoon with my new truck. I only have two minor criticisms, in that every time I've known someone to purchase a vehicle, it was sold with a full tank of gas. I left with a little less than half (after $25 was put in by the dealer), and when I had service done to the truck (registration, inspection, remote-start installed), I had waited in the service area not knowing that the service was finished, which Jon took into his own hands when he noticed that I was still around. Other than that, my experience with 495 Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge was very positive and I will return as well as recommend family and friends. More
