Went in and secured a lease for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The deal went off track when I went to sign the papers and found the buy out on the lease was over $2,000 more than what had been agreed Cherokee. When I addressed this the showroom manager and Finance manager they said that the number on the lease agreement was what they told me. When they pulled it up on the computer in fromt of me the price was what I had said it should have been. All they could do to explain the price they wanted me to pay was that it was required by the finance company. I walked out with my check and bought the same car at another dealer. More

I Would Not Recommend Them, Their Finance Guy Is A Liar And Will Over Sell And Way Under Promise. On The Day We Were Supposed To Pick Up The vehicle They Flooded The Engine With Water And Has To Redo The T And Will Over Sell And Way Under Promise. On The Day We Were Supposed To Pick Up The vehicle They Flooded The Engine With Water And Has To Redo The Tune Up, And We Tried To Back Out Of The Deal Because Of It And They Told Us We Could Not Back Down Because The Car Is Already Registered. I Know People Who Work In A Dealership And I Was Told That Registered Or Not They Have To Take The Vehicle Back Until The Customer Takes The Vehicle Off The Lot,Which They Did TRY So Hard To Force Us Off The Lot Because They Knew They Were Selling A Lemon And When I Called Them Out On It The Sales Man Shook His Head And Gave Me A Nasty Look And It Made My Pregnant Fiance Cry, Then The Owner Came Over He Seemed Wicked Nice But Once We Got Into Finance It All Went Down The Hill After Calling Over 5 Chevy Dealerships They Said The Vehicle Should Be Fine And The Motor Is Excellent BUT The Breaks Squeal Very Very Loud And Grind We Have Had The Car For About 3 Months And Dont Go Far So It Is Not From Your Normal Wear And Tear, They Suck, I Have Seen Bike Breaks That Worked Better. So They Are ALL Liars And Theives. They Swear At You And Their Finance Guy Screams At You If You Dont Buy A Product From Him And He Calls You A Liar If You Say You Dont Need Something. Save Yourself Some Time And Frustration, Buy A Broken Down Vehicle From A Stranger Its Pretty Much The Same " Great" Vehicle Youll Buy From These Guys. More
