He made sure to be present when I was picking up my vehicle and thoroughly explained my Mazda's features as well as a tour of the facility and introductions to the Parts mgr (Mike) and the service mgr (Roger). I have since returned to pick up the registration and get an inspection sticker and had another good experience. First free oil change already scheduled. I was very happy with my experience and will go back for service and recommend this dealership to others. More

Overall I was very pleased with my visit at Lannan Mazda. I worked with Dave Howe and he spent several hours with me making sure I knew every feature of every car I wanted to look at.
