Without any pressure we sat down and he guided us through our needs/wants before showing us any car. He genuinely cared for us to make sure we looked at the right vehicles for us. Elliot provided us superior customer service and took the time with us both before and after the sale when we picked up our CX-5. He even followed up with us the next day and when there was a glitch with our insurance coverage we were treated with care. He explained all about the service department and we look forward to our first experience with them for our first oil change where they'll wash our car after each service appointment - as it's all about the details. We were very happy with Elliot and Lannan Mazda. We would recommend Elliot and this dealership to anyone! More

Great service I have gotten 4 (saturn) cars from Elliott Hersh over the past 20 years. When I was looking at getting a Mazda, it was a no brainier where to go. (I have my wife's CX-9 serviced at Lannan and have had very good success.) While test driving a Mazda6, the dealership appraised my trade in vehicle for $1000 more than the Ford dealership. Isais and Elliott both provided a stress free sales experience. The paperwork process went smoothly with Barbara. The entire leasing experience went well and I believe the purchase price was a good deal. More

Great Experience I drove almost all of the cars in the family sedan class before deciding on the Mazda6. I had quite the range of experiences with other brand's deale I drove almost all of the cars in the family sedan class before deciding on the Mazda6. I had quite the range of experiences with other brand's dealerships from uninspired to utterly chauvinistic, but Elliott Hersh at Lannan Mazda was different and by far the most professional and helpful. He took a lot of time to explain the design of the car technically along with all of the great features. I really appreciate that he treated me as an educated buyer. The negotiating and sign-off process took about 2.5 to 3 hours. We didn't feel pressured into buying extended warranties or special paint treatments as I have in the past at other dealerships. Elliott spent about an hour with us when we picked up the car to make sure we understood all of the features and even set up the bluetooth connection to my phone. Overall, a painless experience and a great new car. More

Well worth the drive for an Unbelievable Experience!! After researching, road-testing and visiting dealerships for the right CX5 I had to walk out of 2 dealers because of not having the one I wanted, and After researching, road-testing and visiting dealerships for the right CX5 I had to walk out of 2 dealers because of not having the one I wanted, and the other for having a BAD attitude for the CX5 I wanted. I decided to call other dealerships with the specs I was looking for and hoping to find a decent deal at the same time. So when I called Lannan Mazda and a TRUE professional by the name of Elliott Hersh answered my call. Like a professional he listened to my story and my needs. He called me back twenty minutes later with a very good and fair bottom line price. Their price was in between the two dealers that I walked away from, but if you add the couple of options that was in that vehicle their price topped everyone! When I drove over an hour to Lannan Mazda, Elliott was right there to meet me. A complete professional and he had all the paperwork ready and it was 100% accurate on cost from what was talked about over the phone. Even meeting the financial manager Barbara, she was just as professional as Elliot. Barbara made me feel like her personal friend helping me purchase my new CX5 and not just a regular customer. The whole customer experience was an A+. If you are looking for a Mazda, Elliot Hersh is a true professional that you should give him and Lannan Mazda the opportunity to help you! More
