The staff was friendly, intelligent, no-pressure, informative and patient with questions and test drives. I ended up with a CX-5 Grand Touring 2016 with precisely the features I needed and requested (including color). This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and my new Mazda is proving beyond expectations. I worked with Bill and Elliot and agree with other posters that they were both friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was a little discouraged with my trade in value but felt the car price was fair. (after negotiating I still was 30% below NADA value) My biggest complaint was that I went out of my way to ensure the car came with two keys (seems trivial but keys for these cars are no longer $2.00 at Lowes) I was told that it did and upon receipt of the car I was informed that it only had one. Seemed like a problem a Mazda dealer could fix pretty easily - Order the customer a new key at NC. That is not what happened, I was told I could purchase a new one for $300. (eventually reduced to $260) I have learned that you need to have everything in writing before you negotiate a deal. More
