Prior to going to Lannan I went to many other dealerships and looked at many other cars but I was very fond of my old 08' Mazda 3 (sadly it was totaled when an SUV hit me, that car saved me from extensive bodily damage but it paid the price). So I decided after all that research to just stick with Mazda and I am very happy I did. It was just finding the perfect dealership - I live much closer to 3 other Mazda dealerships, 2 of which had the exact car I wanted...I visited them all and hands down Lannan is the best. More

A terrific experience. I was in a hurry to purchase a new car a couple weeks back, and I found myself at Lannan at closing time on a Thursday night. Not only did they open the doors for me, but Sam stayed late, was patient, and answered all of my questions. I purchased a 2015 CX-5 the next day, and I couldn't be happier. Even going over finance options with Barbara was low pressure. All in all, I had a totally positive experience, and I feel that I got the best deal possible. I'll be back for sure. More

Sam is knowledgeable about the cars (2015 CX-5 -Certified Pre-Owned) and made recommendations to enhancing the driving experience. After some online research, the test drive and price were going to be key. With the recommendations made by Sam on the test drive, I knew this car was it. Sam is unique in the car business in that he actually listens & worked to make sure I was 100% satisfied during the sales process and after. Sam provided an exceptional purchase experience, his is a quality individual (man of his word) & delivered tremendous customer service. I had nothing but an enjoyable experience at Lannan, a breath of fresh air compared to experiences at some other dealerships. Sam was courteous, very knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He heard what I had to say and took into account all the needs I was sharing with him. He did not try to up-sell me, and even pointed out that some of the options I wanted were standalone and he could do without me having to purchase an expensive options package. Ultimately I was able to get a great price and really exceptional customer service. After buying the car he went over all the features and gave his phone number if I ever had a question about how things work. Figuring out financing with Barbara was quick and simple & she made us feel right at home. They even honored a Mazda coupon that had come out after I agreed on the price but before I signed for the car. More
