Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and gave me a reasonable price that was $200 lower than a competitor right from the start. When I requested a manual transmission in a specific color, he got it for me without any pressure to buy the car they had on the lot instead, and he held it until I could get in a few days later. There were no surprise charges, no bait and switch on the interest rate for financing. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I kept waiting for a nasty surprise, but I never got one. I was very happy with Sam, Barbara, and everyone else I met at Lannan. They really seem to take customer satisfaction seriously. And I absolutely love the car. More
