Our most recent purchase was a little tricky and put Elliot through the ringer but never once did he stop smiling - he was patient w/ us and went out of his way to earn our business. When it comes to the paperwork we love working w/ Barbara. She makes the process painless and makes sure we understand everything we're signing. At this point she knows our habits and what's important to us and has everything ready and waiting for when we arrive so we're out of there in minutes. The whole staff is exceptional - Elliot, Anthony and Barbara are the reasons we continue to come back. We got good value on our trade and a great price on the new CX-5. We love it and enjoyed working with them again. More
Found my self on a Monday leaving the Veterans Hospital thinking I should go out and look at the car I ended up buying. Mazda2, which I knew before hand was in my price range is what I wanted to look at. Upon arriving at Lannan Mazda in Lowell,Ma I was greeted promptly by a gentleman named Elliott Hersh. After a quick introduction I made it aware to him i was interested in the Mazda2 Hatchback. Test drive was great. I had traded in my 2000 Mazda Protege and was happy with it to the point at which i knew I would get another Mazda. The experience was very good at this location that I signed a purchase agreement and finalized the paper work and drove away in my 2014 Mazda2. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. Hopefully in the future I find myself back and getting the car I wanted but couldn't afford at this time, the Mazda6. I had a great experience once again and look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future. More
I have not bought a new car for sixteen years now, I was very nervous to say the least. The reason is I hate the way car dealers make you feel, Elliott Hersh was the nicest guy, even after I settled on a ca very nervous to say the least. Dave was very helpful; he walked me through the range of options available on the car I wanted and offered me the best price he could each time we visited. I stopped in to check out a Mazda SUV about a month ago and met Sam Gordon. He was so very nice and answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and showed me what I requested. I told him that I did and met Sam Gordon. He was so very nice and answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and showed me what I requested. I told him that I did not plan to buy immediately and was also looking at a new Toyota Rav ( I planned to trade-in my ten year old Rav) and a Subaru, Forrester. He did not pressure me in anyway and hoped that I would consider a Mazda after all my research. He did mention all the reasons that a Mazda was a better choice for me but again, their was no pressure. He shook my hand and hoped that I would come back. When I did return, it was to just check out a Mazda one more time before I purchased the Rav-4 that I had test driven a few minutes before and planned to purchase. I asked for Sam and he came over immediately, remembered me and made me comfortable with coffee while he was with a customer. Then someone else came over and asked me if I would like a test drive again while Sam was finishing up. I fell in love with the CX-5, received what I thought was a fair price and what I really loved was when I returned to pick up my vehicle, Sam took so much time to go over every detail with me even having me bring in my Touch to show me how to set that up. He showed me all the Bluetooth capabilities and had total patience with me. I am planning to drive my new Mazda to Florida in a few days and Sam gave me his cell number and told me to call with any questions anytime and especially if I have questions on my drive. Anyway, this story is too long but I just wanted to say that Sam Gordon was an excellent Salesman, was not arrogant or pushy. He did treat me with respect unlike a couple of other dealers. I will recommend Sam to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you Sam Gordon and Lannan Mazda! More
My experience at Lannan was great this time, as in the past. Dave Annis was a great salesperson to work with, he answered all our questions and helped us achieve our goal of getting what we thought wa past. Overall great experience. I worked with Dave Annis. The customer service provided by Dave was fantastic. He was friendly and accommodating, and not the least bit "pushy" as some salesman can be. Even days after purchasing my car, I emailed Dave with a concern I had and I got a call back from him, almost instantly, to resolve my problem. I would highly recommend anyone in the market looking for a Mazda to go in and ask for Dave. More
