Great Experience! I purchased a 2014 Grand Touring CX5 AWD yesterday from Lannan Mazda. It was a great buying experience. I took a test drive with Elliott a few weeks I purchased a 2014 Grand Touring CX5 AWD yesterday from Lannan Mazda. It was a great buying experience. I took a test drive with Elliott a few weeks prior and he was great at pointing out the features of the car. I told him that I wanted to test drive a few crossovers - Honda CRV, Toyota Rav 4 and Ford Escape and then make a decision. He was not pushy or obtrusive in anyway. A few weeks later after I had completed my test drives, Elliott called just to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions. I told him I had made my decision! He quickly was able to get everything rolling and I went in to take delivery. I met with Barbara to go over all the paperwork and she was great and thorough as well. I told them I decided I wanted to install Lojack and they called and asked for a Tech to come out to the dealership that day so I wouldn't have to make another trip. When the Lojack showed up very late (not Lannan's fault!) Elliott made a contingency plan to give me a loaner so I could pick up my daughter from school and get some dinner. Once I returned Lojack was finishing up and we were shortly underway! It was a great experience overall and since I hadn't purchased a car in over 12 years I was a bit nervous. Also, if you are shopping with a family member(s) Ellliott is great at including them in the process and answering their questions too! More

This is the 6th new Mazda we've purchased from Lannan. Elliot is not only an outstanding salesman but a genuinely nice guy who works extremely hard for his customers. Our most recent purchase Lannan. Our most recent purchase was a little tricky and put Elliot through the ringer but never once did he stop smiling - he was patient w/ us and went out of his way to earn our business. When it comes to the paperwork we love working w/ Barbara. She makes the process painless and makes sure we understand everything we're signing. At this point she knows our habits and what's important to us and has everything ready and waiting for when we arrive so we're out of there in minutes. The whole staff is exceptional - Elliot, Anthony and Barbara are the reasons we continue to come back. We got good value on our trade and a great price on the new CX-5. Found my self on a Monday leaving the Veterans Hospital thinking I should go out and look at the car I ended up buying. Mazda2, which I knew before hand was in my price range is what I wanted to look at. Upon arriving at Lannan Mazda in Lowell,Ma I was greeted promptly by a gentleman named Elliott Hersh. After a quick introduction I made it aware to him i was interested in the Mazda2 Hatchback. Test drive was great. I had traded in my 2000 Mazda Protege and was happy with it to the point at which i knew I would get another Mazda. The experience was very good at this location that I signed a purchase agreement and finalized the paper work and drove away in my 2014 Mazda2. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. Hopefully in the future I find myself back and getting the car I wanted but couldn't afford at this time, the Mazda6. I had a great experience once again and look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future. More

I have not bought a new car for sixteen years now, I was very nervous to say the least. The reason is I hate the way car dealers make you feel, Elliott Hersh was the nicest guy, even after I settled on a ca very nervous to say the least.
