Called ahead and spoke with Sam about Lannan's online ad for a 2013 Mazda5 we wanted to test drive, at a price that we liked. He told me the car was on the lot. Some dealers would pull the "oh, we only had one of those" routine. We drove to Lannan on Superbowl Sunday afternoon and met Sam, who was very friendly and accommodating. Because it was sleeting outside, he drove the Mazda5 into the garage bay adjoining the showroom so we did not have to be subjected to the bad weather while viewing the car. The garage was clean and bright, which made it easy to see the minivan in detail. Sam walked us through all the features, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. While the Mazda 5 is not a well known vehicle, he knew all the feature and explained them well. We test drove the car in rain and sleet, which was ideal to see how it handled. Afterwards, we sat down to discuss the price. The price as advertised was what we settled on. We thought this was very fair and honest for the dealership to do business. There was no pressure. Just recently purchased a 2013 CX-5 (Feb. 2013.) I was able to negotiate a fair deal for my trade-in and the purchase, and after that have been very impressed. I never expected to make a purchase at this dealership - but the local dealership was not giving me a high comfort level and had negative on-line reviews. During the sales process Bryce and Alex worked as a persistent, but not pushy sales team - that as an experienced RE/MAX Broker I can appreciate. After the negotiations, Bryce delivered above and beyond his promises. Everything did not go perfectly, smoothly due to high sales volume over the week-end - however - Bryce went to surprising lengths to make sure that we were not inconvenienced by the minor set backs. I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the high touch and service level that this team delivers after the sale. Although the dealership is not terribly convenient to my home - I may well be compelled to go back there because who doesn't want to feel like a valued and appreciated customer? The car has been great and I have no problems recommending this dealership and sales team for potential & current Mazda owners. More

During my visit, Dave showed me the cars we identified and explained the features and benefits of each. I did not feel pressure one way or another as he helped me select the vehicle of my choice. Throughout my visit, I felt confortable and appreciated. The pricing is very fair, straightforward, and without the nasty tricks many car dealers pull. Dave even called me a few days after the sale to see how I was doing with the new car and to offer any assistance in learning the new features.
