Lannan Mazda in Lowell is great. From the people who work there to the cars they sale. Everyone was wonderful, friendly, including the receptionist. I med John the week prior to buying my car yesterday. He was patient, took time to talk to me and show me all the cars that fit the cirtia I was looking for, especially in my price range. I did go to a few other dealers even put an offer in at one but they where slow to responsed and not too willing to work within my price range. Lannan was the first Mazda dealer I went to so I called John back, made an appt he met with me within a half hour. I knew the car I wanted. He spent a lot of time with me and we made the deal. I am very happy with the car. John is great, never pressured me, was very patient. From slecting my car, buying it, going through the paper work process was so fast and easy. Very efficient dealership. John walked me around to intruduce me to the key people. All Great people, love John, really nice guy. One of the finest new car buying experiences I have had. Elliott Hersh was in short FANTASTIC. The Mazda 3 was for my wife and the attention he gave her on delivery was second to none. I can't leave out the Sales Manager either Anthony was also great and handled a situation with understanding and great care. If not for his followup and great attitude I would have gone elsewhere A real champ in my opinion, I feel if ever I have a problem he will handle it with out argument. Alex also was very helpful when he heard about the situation I had he immediately got Anthony on the phone to do what ever it took to correct it. I was shopping around to purchase my very first car and decided to choose the Mazda CX-5. After doing some research online, I came across Lannan Mazda and decided to contact them for a quote. Alex Lannan was very efficient in responding to my e-mails. I finally had time to stop by to see the CX-5 close up and met Alex and then John. John was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was shown the CX-5 and went on the test drive, which established that I made a good choice on the CX-5. Unlike other dealers who will pressure you to purchase a car at the first meeting (especially if you're a woman), John did not pressure me at all and allowed me to come back when ever I was ready. I did much research online about the price of this car. I wanted a good deal. I eventually made the decision to buy the 2014 CX-5 from Lannan. John and the entire staff made it so easy and go smoothly. Even though we got into some issues in purchasing the car I specifically wanted, John was able to work with me fairly and I got an even better deal on the same exact car but in a different color. I figured color wasn't a huge deal to me and the silver one I purchase looks great! So far, I love my new 2014 CX-5. Every time I drive, its a fun experience! My first car purchase experience went great as well thanks to the folks at Lannan Mazda. They were so good that my sister traded-in her car and purchased a new one from John as well at the very next day...and for a GREAT deal! Overall, my experience was great. I would totally recommend others to buy cars from this dealer. They were easy to talk to, easy to get along with, easy to work with, and treated you like a human with respect. When they brought the paperwork they said that they could no longer offer the discount and increased the price by $500. Eventually the added the discount back, but the whole thing soured my experience with Lannan Mazda. I'd recommend them because the did offer the best deal we could find in the area, but be careful if you get your car there! More

Called ahead and spoke with Sam about Lannan's online ad for a 2013 Mazda5 we wanted to test drive, at a price that we liked. He told me the car was on the lot. Some dealers would pull the "oh, we only had one of those" routine. We drove to Lannan on Superbowl Sunday afternoon and met Sam, who was very friendly and accommodating. Because it was sleeting outside, he drove the Mazda5 into the garage bay adjoining the showroom so we did not have to be subjected to the bad weather while viewing the car. The garage was clean and bright, which made it easy to see the minivan in detail. Sam walked us through all the features, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. While the Mazda 5 is not a well known vehicle, he knew all the feature and explained them well. We test drove the car in rain and sleet, which was ideal to see how it handled. Afterwards, we sat down to discuss the price. The price as advertised was what we settled on. We thought this was very fair and honest for the dealership to do business. There was no pressure. This has been great car purchase experience. More
