They are great I thought my appointment was Tuesday it was the next day. They still did my oil change, tire rotation and sticker while I waited. I'm very pleased. I had rear sensors installed in my new CX-5 and while the install was not without it's glitches - I was kept fully informed by Cesar, the Service Manager. The end result was great! 495 Mazda was excellent as expected given the reviews I had seen from other customers prior to my visit. I went in for a simple service (oil change+) and a concern with my tires/brakes and they ended up fi had seen from other customers prior to my visit. I went in for a simple service (oil change+) and a concern with my tires/brakes and they ended up fitting in the service, rear brake replacements, cabin air filter change, checking the tires & tire pressure light sensors to make sure of no other issues and completing an open recall item I've had on the car for years ALL in the same visit. Pricing was as expected and they even made a video of my car after lifting it up on a lift to show how my rear brakes looked and why the needed to be replaced but to also show other parts of the car and how they were in good condition. This place is EXCELLENT. More

Jonathan and the entire service department is excellent. In this case, they accommodated my schedule, which changed three times.
