Great experience! Prior to doing any work on my car, 495 Mazda's technician did a comprehensive walkthrough via video of my car and clearly explained what service (if any) he'd recommend and why. The folks at the service desk then reviewed the technician's report with me and outlined what it would cost if I chose to have the recommended work performed. I opted to have work (which would take a few hours) done that day, so the dealership provided a free loaner vehicle. The work was done well and well documented. It was completed on time, the costs were very reasonable, and I was promptly notified when my car was ready for pick up. The waiting area was impeccably clean, too. I'd highly recommend this dealership's service department. More
