Lannan was by far the best Mazda dealership that I dealt with. I spoke with someone with Bonneville Mazda and they were very rude, so when I called Lannan I was on the offensive. He said that the car would be done by Friday and it was ready on Thursday morning, a pleasant surprise. He also kept in phone contact every step of the way so that we knew exactly the items that were being replaced and if they were covered under the warranty or not. We will certainly be bringing our cars in for routine maintainence from now on. We are even considering buying another Mazda since we were so pleased with this dealership. More
