Not sure where Christian Irving works at this establishment, however he did not directly work with me. I cannot provide professional feedback on this individual. I do know him on a personal level establishment, however he did not directly work with me. I cannot provide professional feedback on this individual. I do know him on a personal level, he is a decent human being. However, this dealership needs an overhaul in management. I bought my vehicle in February of 2024. I applied for a car on 09/23/24 and heard back from the manager Carlos ASAP, he sent me all the information that I needed and terms I was approved for a car. When I went to pick up the car on 09/25/24 Nic manager Carlos ASAP, he sent me all the information that I needed and terms I was approved for a car. When I went to pick up the car on 09/25/24 Nicholas help me and walked me through the process to ensure I would be driving home in my car. Àir conditioner wasn't cooling properly and found out that there was a factory recall. A/C seemed to be working when I left the dealership however when I got in the vehicle the next day it was not workin that there was a factory recall.
