Shannon is 'the best.' She is patient, willing to listen and understand. She is calm and knowledgeable. I think of her as a friend even though I met her through car shopping. Shannon and Keith worked with me and with my son to make sure I got the car I needed at a price I could afford. Shannon continues to answer questions even though I left the dealership with the car two weeks ago. Cat, too, is another person I worked with during this car purchasing event. She handled the warranty issues. Like Shannon, Cat was willing to work with me and with my son to make sure I understood my choices. And she, too, helped make affordable choices available to me. Knowing I was upset by the damage done to my New Jersey beach house by hurricane sandy, Cat hugged me. I want, also, to put in a good word about the service department. For years they helped take care of my previous car. I look forward to working with Jim again when the new car gets scheduled maintenance. More

Our daughter just just moved to Vermont from New York after graduating college. Since she had never purchased a new car before we (parents) assisted her 5 hours away. Shannon was a tremendous asset to after graduating college. Since she had never purchased a new car before we (parents) assisted her 5 hours away. Shannon was a tremendous asset to the entire purchase experience. Our daughter had a charming experience and Shannon went to bat for our daughter assisting her with deal structuring, trade-in, all avaailable benefits, and with switching states with my daughter's insurance company. Shannon took care of all our worries 5 hours away and placed our daughter in a 2012 Rave 4 Toyota. Shannon defines grace under fire and a is real asset to 802 Toyota Team! Thank you Shannon! More

Sarah was an excellent salesperson to work with. She was very knowledgable about the several different models that we asked about and test drove. Sarah has a way of communicating technical car information that makes it very interesting and pertinent to your life. She was also really patient. We went to the dealership three different times over the course of six months as we were trying to narrow down what was best for our family. Ultimately we had to decide for ourselves what car would work best for us, but working with Sarah we felt confident about our choice because we were so well-informed and taken care of. She crunched numbers for us several different times and also researched questions we had. More

Jim did an excellent job on helping me buyout my lease and finance it instead of leasing. The original dealership I leased my 2011 Tacoma from pushed me around from day 1 but I did not get this treatment and finance it instead of leasing. The original dealership I leased my 2011 Tacoma from pushed me around from day 1 but I did not get this treatment from Jim. He punched all the info into the computer and had answers and an agreement within less then 2 hours. He is awesome and the dealership is awesome. If you plan on buying or leasing a New or Used Toyota I HIGHLY recomment 802-Toyota in Berlin, VT. You will get the best customer service you have ever experienced. Now I am making payments to own my Tacoma instead of payments to lease it thanks to Jim Huff. 802-Toyota is the only Toyota Dealer in Vermont as far as I am concerned!!!.
