I have always HATED car shopping with a passion. It it is as stressful to me as moving into a new house or apartment. The sales people that I have dealt with in the past have always been pushy and annoying a as stressful to me as moving into a new house or apartment. The sales people that I have dealt with in the past have always been pushy and annoying and that exactly what I felt like I was doing, dealing with them. That's why it took me almost 2 months to even return Shannon's emails. Shannon was a totally different "kettle of fish". From the moment I returned Shannon's emails, she was nothing but friendly and professional. Sh finally got me to go see her yesterday 10/8/11 to see what Toyota could do for me and my Jeep. I don't think I have ever had a sales person at a car dealership take the time to find out as much about what I wanted and needed in a car and then find the perfect car for me. Despite some challenges we were able to get me into the perfect vehicle for me and my 19 month old son. She was able to find me a car that had the safety that I wanted for my son and for the "luxeries" that I wanted for myself and still be able to afford it. Shannon was fantastic, friendly and funny. And her humor, friendliness and professionalism was echoed in Tony and Jimmy who also were able to work their magic as well. I must say, I have NEVER had a more pleasureable, low stress car buying experience and I would recommend any number of my friends to buy at car from Courtesy Toyota and Shannon! Thanks Shannon! I never felt pushed or rushed and when we parted she understood where I was coming from inasking more for my trade-in. Within a couple of days I got a call back saying they were ready to move on my trade-in. I also talked to a gentleman there (sales manager) and I have forgotten his name, but I want to thank him for his call to me as he was very helpful and nnot pushy.
