Great fast sales person who goes out of his way to help the customer. My first visit for service was done smoothly and I used the first of my customer loyalty coupons to pay for the visit. I recently had More

My name is Mike Graves and I am the Business Manager here at Courtesy Toyota. I am deeply sorry for not being able to earn your business. We at Courtesy Toyota endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service possible through highly trained and courteous sales professionals. I realize that our team didn't live up to our goal in your case. If there is anything that I can do to make it up to you, please contact me by responding to this thread or by telephone at 802-224-7273. I really hope that you will give us the opportunity to earn your business again in the future. I can assure you that the experience you had here was not a typical Courtesy Toyota experience. Thanks again and we hope to see or hear from you soon. Mike Graves, Business Manager, Courtesy Toyota.

Thanks for your note, Mike. I ended up getting a truck in May 2009 from Handy's Toyota in St. Albans. Ironically, they got the truck from Heritage who I passed over rather quickly after their antics (see other post). I'm guessing you're new since: a) all the other positive posts about Courtesy were posted in the last week; and 2) my review had been posted over one year before your response. No doubt your attention to the customer experience will only help Courtesy. From my experience, it could not have gotten much worse barring personal insults. Would have preferred a trip to you guys versus St. A, but it's history now. I'm not sure what you can do to make up for the experience. What can you really offer at this point?

We are new to this site but I've been here for a LONG time! I'm glad that you found a vehicle and a deal that worked for you and I'm sure that you will enjoy your Toyota for years to come. I don't know what to offer you either, but again, if there's anything that we can do to make you feel better about Courtesy Toyota so that you will consider us for your automotive needs again in the future, please let us know. Dahn is no longer with us, and if you consider us next time you are in the market for a vehicle I will personally help you with your purchase/lease or pair you with a sales person that I am 100% confident will restore your faith in Courtesy Toyota. Thanks again for taking the time to respond, and if you ever have an issue we're here to help regardless of where you purchased your vehicle. Mike Graves, Business Manager, Courtesy Toyota
