We came in to Courtesy without any expectations; in fact, we had made a wrong turn on the way to the Honda place! I went to courtesy Toyota looking for a affordable and dependable car and Dave Guilmette and Craig found me a great used Toyota corolla. I will always do my business at courtesy Toyota from now on. I am glad to be a part of the family. They really make you feel at home. I hope that Dave never retires because that would be a big loss. I love working with Dave not only did he help me with getting my car he also then spent a whole day doing everything he could to get my brother a car as well. My sister in law will no longer have to pull her little red wagon full of groceries with two young children anymore. That meant so much to me that Dave dropped everything to help them out. I was looking to buy a truck. I had done my homework and searched the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I visited with several other area dealerships and did not feel the sale staff took me seriously, som searched the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Needless to say I was insulted by this and took my business else where. While researching online i came across a viable "target" at Courtesy Motors, since I was searching on a sunday afternoon i sent off an e-mail of interest. Low and behold bright and early monday morning I received a call from Shannon Bolduc, Internet Director at Courtesy Motors. I thought she was calling to set me up with a salesman, to my utter delight, she said she was the sales person I would be dealing with. We set aside time the following day for me to look at the vehicle. Since I work a full time job its hard to view things without taking time off. Shannon stayed late so she could meet with me, another plus in my book. When I arrived she greeted me like a friend, no sales pitch no rushing me through so she could go home. She also had just the one vehicle already pulled up to the door so I could take it for a test drive. Though I was specific to what I was looking for and thought this one truck was all I would be looking at Shannon gave me the option to review and test drive another truck. But we both knew I was going to buy the first one I tried. Shannon seemed to understand exactly what I wanted and worked very hard to help me get it. Well I took the truck home that night, kudos to Shannon for working that out for me. Shannon Bolduc and the other members of the team, being the finance department and the guys that stayed late in the recon department cleaning up my new purchase, were very kind, courtesy (no pun intended) honest and up front with me it was very refreshing. Desmond pulled all the stops to get me a dealer I couldn't refuse on a new Prius. He has gone out of his way to make certain the car is what I expected and even offered to drive my old Sienna back so couldn't refuse on a new Prius.
