Dave always takes the time I need so that I can fully appreciate what the cars can do. After seeing the cars we talk about price and purchase options and Dave clearly spells out the details. I always feel like I got a fair deal from an honest dealer. I'm driving a new Rav4 now, from Courtesy, and I couldn't be happier (thanks Dave). I have reconsidered my experience at Courtesy Toyota. The management team had me sign papers on a '10 Tundra drive it off the lot and have it for two days and then call me and tell me that I have to come in management team had me sign papers on a '10 Tundra drive it off the lot and have it for two days and then call me and tell me that I have to come in and sign some other paperwork. Then they tell me I don't qualify for the early lease turn in for the 6 months forgiveness, because I had 7 months to go on my lease. The whole atmosphere up there changed dramaically to the point of the management team being borderline rude. Not one of them looked me in the eye or smiled. Further more I have never had to sit with a Salesman and sign paperwork, it has always been the finance manager that explains what you are signing and making sure that you understand what you are putting your signature on. I think this is VERY POOR business practice for the manangement team to have you sign papers on a vehicle and then turn around and tell you that it has to be taken back due to their own lack of making sure that every stone has been turned in order to make sure that the deal is in no doubt going to go through. So I wound NOT reccomend this dealer until they get their maanagement team overhauled!!!!! More

With the last purchase, truck had an issue with the brakes, I called my salesman and he put me in contact with the pe dealership in the last 3 years. Purchase many cars from this dealership. I have always enjoyed working with Dave and he has always been straight foward and honest with us. They are always pushing toyota replacement parts and when they quote other prices they are as much as 1/2 more than other shops. While my cars are under warrenty I have my service done by them. I go elseware after that. More
