We had a very bad experience at Courtesy Toyota. My wife has been a loyal Toyota car owner for 15 years, and all vehicles were purchased at Courtesy. As well the Sales Manager spoke over the top of our voices and we both thought we were being reprimanded by a Parent. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!! More

Our car buying experience prior to this on made us want to vomit. These guy worked there butts off for us. I am not exaggerating when i say this was the best experience i could have had. Ron Anderson and the people that we dealt with here were knowledgeable, and courteous to deal with. We were able to negotiate, without much hassle, what we felt was a fair price for the car. They got us the car with the color that my wife wanted very quickly. Processing the loan for the car was also painless, and quick. When we picked the car, they walked through all of features and what to do to take care of it, how to get optimal mileage, and how to best use the car to handle the rural roads in Vermont during the winter season. Would I go back for another car when I need one? of course. I plan on going to the dealership for all my service and maintenance needs. More

I had very exceptional service from Jimmy. He got me financed with a low credit score and was very good about making my experience a happy one for buying a new van.
