My salesperson PHILLIP HEINZ was professional, personable, prompt in finding just the right hybrid for me and my checkbook, working with Doug on my trade-in Honda, amd working through all the steps to me driving out of the lot with the hybrid I wanted and could afford. Sam helped me with the financing and explained the different warranties. But PHILLIP was at the helm and was open, honest and collaborative as we worked through the numbers and negotiated to an acceptable price for a great Toyota hybrid. I have already told my friends and relatives to visit 802 Toyota and ask for this rock star of a salesperson PHILLIP HEINZ. He says he is the #1 salesperson at this dealetship and #57 in New England. Dedicated Phillip was very helpful getting my boyfriend and I into his dream Tundra.
