Overall, the job was completed and I’m satisfied with the work. I appreciated Jason coming out to view my vehicle to determine if the entire mirror or just the plastic casing needed to be repaired so he coul work. He was friendly & more than willing to help in any way that he could. Ricardo was also helpful the day of the service appointment, although he seemed a bit unsure of what was going on but I don’t believe that was on him. People aside, there were some glaring issues within the system. The fact that I felt it was my responsibility to coordinate between service and the parts department (I was transferred between them at least twice during my call to get information including pricing & timelines, schedule my appointment & then confirm my mirror casing would be in stock and painted in time for my Appt) left a bad taste in my mouth to start, but then when I arrived for my appointment time and it took 15-20 minutes just to check me in... I’m not sure why the reason for my appointment along with the fact that the part had been ordered and was ready for the appointment was not in the system and required so much time searching to ensure my Service could be completed. I was also frustrated that during my initial scheduling and communication with service I was told it would take an hour and cost $160 To replace the mirror, but when I came in for the Appt, I was told it could take up to 2 hours and cost $320 if they needed to recalibrate the camera, blind spot sensor, etc. I’m not sure why this wasn’t communicated from the get go so I could plan accordingly for my childcare arrangements. All said, I pulled into the garage at 9:29 for my 9:30 Appt, I didn’t sit down in the waiting area until 9:47, and I was notified around 11:15 that it “only took an hour because it didn’t need to be recalibrated”... even though by that point it had been an hour & a half since I sat down, almost 2 hours from my Appt time. I understand running behind schedule, but again, a heads up That it could be longer when I made my Appt would have saved me a lot of headache with my childcare. Additionally, please ensure your prices are up to date. I was quoted $55 for the painting of the mirror, after I got home I saw I was charged $80... what I had calculated to be around $625 after receiving quotes for the part, painting and labor ended up costing me $700 (granted i forgot about tax but still...it was an extra $25 for the misquoted painting price and it could have been an additional $160 had recalibration been needed. That’s a big difference!) Like I said, I believe my frustrations are a result of the system, not necessarily the people. Please, value your customers enough to make their life a bit easier. Jason and Ricardo did what they could do, but they were obviously constrained by the policy and system flaws. More

I was there for an oil change and took over 2 hours. I wasn't too pleased about that. Also, every time I come to this place, it's always something extra and they never have coupons available. wasn't too pleased about that. Darryl was my service advisor, he was very informative, he communicated with me the entire time. The service was quick and I was out in a timely manner.
