Arrived at Nissan at 10:00am and didn't leave until 1:30pm. Service was backed up. Not enough technicians. Brought the SUV in because of a loud squeaking noise in the front wheels when a hard right 1:30pm. Service was backed up. Not enough technicians. After 3 hrs I asked someone at the service desk about my SUV. Told that my car was ready and the paperwork was at the cashier's window. There were alot of people waiting to get their cars serviced and were very frustrated. Nissan has to do better. More

The one thing that I will say is that in spite of me bringing attention to the problem with the transmission prior to it going out, no-one at the dealership thought that anything was wrong. I came to learn that the transmission problem was wide-spread, and an active class action suit was filed. More
