Excellent!! Miriam was my salesman and she was great to work with. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted after being listed for a day and I flew in from North Ca Miriam was my salesman and she was great to work with. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted after being listed for a day and I flew in from North Carolina to pick it up. Roberto picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. He was a great guy to talk to on the way there and really took care of me as well. Miriam made sure all of my paperwork was staged and ready so all I had to do was process it and I could get on the road back home. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership since they were priced thousands below any vehicle I looked at prior for the make and model we wanted. More

My experience was good for the most part The dealership has great cars and the employee is very friendly and helped me a lot . They have great service and wasn't complicating to arrive to . Wouldn't Go Back This was my first time buying a car. I did my research and came to A Better Way based on reviews, having a selection of the type of car I was looking This was my first time buying a car. I did my research and came to A Better Way based on reviews, having a selection of the type of car I was looking for, and pricing. Kile Coty assisted me in getting me the car I wanted, for a good price with a really good APR rate for a first time car buyer. I ended up spending my whole day waiting around for my car's tune up and detailing to be done. After receiving my keys and went to leave my check engine light was on. I talked to Kile Coty about it the next day and he said I would have to call Monday when the service department was open to make an appointment to bring my car in. I called Monday and said they wouldn't be able to schedule my until April 13 even though I bought my car March 19 and this servicing should have been done before they said I could take my car home!!! Now that I am not there in person custom service has been horrible and everyone there I have talked to get try to get my car fixed has been rude! Would not recommend going here!! More
