Buyer Beware The used car that I purchased needed three days of work before they gave it to me- during that time the shop somehow did not see that a head gasket ne The used car that I purchased needed three days of work before they gave it to me- during that time the shop somehow did not see that a head gasket needed to be fixed and they still gave me the car sold as is. You guessed it- the warranty did not cover head gaskets and that would not have mattered because when I went to check on my warranty options a couple of weeks later the paperwork was still not submitted to activate the plan. Finally, the key they gave me for the vehicle was a valet key and this was not said to me during the sale only after when I was picking up the car. The sales manager at the dealership offered to pick up the cost once that was determined, but when I called finance they said he was fired. Also, during my initial call to discuss the head gasket they said, "well its a used car", like tough luck - and during my second call another employee tried to say they would want to do the right thing and to have the car in to get checked and they would possibly cover repairs but when I said what the issue was he began to say that "maybe" they could reduce the cost. What a mess- beware. More

Not being a "big" dealership, we took a chance and drove up to see the Found A Better Way Wholesale Autos while searching online for a particular car. Not being a "big" dealership, we took a chance and drove up to see the car. The car was what we were looking for at the price we needed Still skeptical, we started the paperwork. Chris, our salesman, was extremely personable and helpful. I had asked that the car be given better tires and he got that squared away immediately, no questions asked. Sale went smoothly. Took the car to my mechanic who recommended a couple fixes. I was prepared for a fight to get these items taken care of, I am still in awe. There were no questions asked, they were more than helpful and the service department had the issues resolved. They were honest and fair and I was more than impressed with this small but very busy dealership. I waited to write this review to make sure nothing else came up. To their credit, this is a good car and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and my son and I love the car. Thank you Chris and to all the service department techs (sorry, I don't know all your names but you are a big part of that thank you) that put the customer first.
