For what I was looking for & for what I could afford payment-wise I was/am happy with my purchase of the 2008 Toyota Scion XB. It's younger than what I was driving, has less miles and gets better gas mileage. Thanks so much to Anna for all of her help in the process and also for her being patient with me as I searched through numerous possibilities. She was great. Straightforward, honest and friendly. I was looking for cars in the $6K range but ended up leaving with something newer in the $9K range after learning it was something I could afford. Chris was helpful, honest, and patient about the 4 different cars I test drove and took a look at. My only recommendation is for more clear communication in regards to the all of the necessary documentation needed for the financing of the vehicle, especially as a first time buyer. More

However, when I did meet Rex our salesman, there was never any rush or pressure. He took all the time we wanted to test drive the vehicle we purchased multiple times, and put car seats in. Their prices are non-negotiable but very fair. I would always check A Better Way first for a used vehicle. More
Be Very Careful I just spoke to the person who represented himself as the owner about a car. I asked about a 2017 E 300. He told me he knew very little about the car he had just purchased at the Auction. He wasn’t aware of the manufacturer reacquisition of this car. He says that he often buys cars at the auction without doing any research on their history. This is a 40m car and I can’t believe anyone would pay that kind of money without doing some type of research. That ended my conversation with this man. Either this person is incompetent or just not telling the truth. Anyone doing business with this business needs to be very careful. More

No fancy displays or showroom, but rock bottom prices, great selection, an easy to use website, great sales people. Our salesperson, Eli, even came in on his day off to follow up on (minor) repairs to our 2007 Honda Accord. The car looks great and runs beautifully, no squeaks or rattles. We saved nearly $2,000 by coming here. Eli was great: thorough, professional, upbeat - and he returned phone calls. This is worth the drive from anywhere. Next time we need a car, we're coming back. Other car dealerships were very pushy and called me non-stop. Antonio was really nice to us and even came on his day off to finish the transaction. More
