Be prepared and your experience will be great After reading Yelp, I was a little concerned about going to a better way auto. Yelp couldn't have been more wrong. We came from 2 hours away due to After reading Yelp, I was a little concerned about going to a better way auto. Yelp couldn't have been more wrong. We came from 2 hours away due to prices and stock. We met with Eli and the first thing he asked was did I do my homework. The answer "absolutely". Folks, if you are going to buy wholesale, and get cheaper prices, get a carfax report for all the cars you investigate. Spend the money ahead of time as you are getting a car for a lot less than you would elsewhere. We test drove five cars and through the whole experience, Eli was forthcoming with honest information and feedback. He was fair about what we would get (no dickering on the prices and cosmetics are secondary). This was a 5 experience because the car is solid, the price was extremely fair, the assistance Eli provided was professional and competent and I was able to leave with the car that day back to NY. I will come back here again for my next used car. More

great experience we found a vehicle we were interested in online through their web site. so we took a ride there and asked to see it. when they brought it up from ano we found a vehicle we were interested in online through their web site. so we took a ride there and asked to see it. when they brought it up from another lot we liked what we saw and then took it for a test ride. then we decided to buy it right after the ride. now for all you that have complained about this dealership. this is a wholesale dealership. its not like your local dealership. this place is very very busy. the location of the dealership could not possibly hold all the cars for sale so therefore they have to bring the car up from another lot. then if you decide you want to buy it then you fill out all the loan paperwork and you have to wait for your approval (which we did not have to do because we paid cash). then the paperwork goes upstairs and you have to wait to be called upstairs to sign all the paper work. you again will have to wait for your turn to be called as their are other people who bought cars waiting as well. but all the waiting was not a problem for us because of the excellent price we paid for the vehicle. we had Kent K as our salesman he was great to work with. i would recommend a better way wholesale autos to anyone i know. so if you go there do not expect to just see the car right away and plan to spend some time waiting but its usually worth the wait. More
