You told us that you could buy such Lexus at a lower price at the auction. Why did you come to us then, just to waste our and your time? You came to us simply because you could not buy this great quality Lexus for the price we were selling!!! KEVINPET’s review contains a number of lies and misrepresentations and also, to avoid embarrassment, he failed to describe the statements he made to me during his visit to our dealership. 1. I usually speak loud and fast and KEVINPET’s perception that I was arrogantly yelling when providing the directions to our place is an absurd. 2. From the beginning of his arrival KEVINPET’s attitude and behavior was highly unprofessional and very unpleasant. 3. While showing the car I explained to KEVINPET our strict procedure for inspecting every car prior to placing it in our inventory. Each car goes through two independent detail inspections, one performed by the authorized service for a particular car make and the second done by me. My expertise in automotive engineering is recognized worldwide by almost all automakers and NHTSA -US Department of Transportation (my credentials are outlined in ABOUT US on our website www.agnautogallery.com). I even offered KEVINPET to review the written inspection reports for the Volvo he was interested in. 4. It is true that often I volunteer to pass to the customer valuable information regarding the car of his interest. Most of our customers appreciate it very much, however, KEVINPET cut me off right away in a very rude manner. 5. It is not true that a large amount of water spilled out after opening the doors to the car. Prior to KEVINPET’s visit there was a heavy rain in the area so there were some wet rubber seals, which secure that water doesn’t get inside the car. Also, there was a little of water on a driver door step that was hold by a rubber seal. All this is quite normal for the Volvo XC90 and a number of BMW models. However, there was no water inside the car and there was no mildew in a car. KEVINPET’s statements are a clear lies. None of our cars ever had any water inside or mildew! 6. KEVINPET was insisting to take this car to Amoco gas station or Jiffy Lube for inspection because it was the ONLY place where he always serviced his cars (it already gave me an idea what cars he owned and/or what type of service he could receive). I told him that I had no problem of taking the car to any Volvo dealership or any authorized service for inspection. Cars like Volvo, Mercedes and BMW require the dedicated computers to check for possible codes if there were hidden problems with transmission, ABS, ESP, DSC (actually designed by me for Volvo!) and other advanced electronic systems. Standard OBD scanners (used by Amoco, Discount Tire or Jiffy lube) are not capable to find the hidden problems with the cars that have 20 – 50 microprocessors and sophisticated electronic sensors. Nevertheless I agreed that he takes this car to a Volvo dealer (which I already had done so) and wanted to show him the report. KEVINPET would not listen to me at all. 7. Finally, KEVINPET brought me a “trade-in” that he even did not owned!!!! He did not understand that he would not have any sales tax advantage even if I was interested in buying the car he brought simply because I would buy that car from another person and not from KEVINPET. Looking even at a distance on the car he brought I knew I would not take this car at all even if it was KEVINPET’S car. We have thousands of very happy customers who purchased cars from AGN Auto Gallery, Inc. We have many repeated customers who bought not only 2 but also 3 and 4 cars from us throughout the years. A great majority of them always appreciated learning from me the various aspects of automotive technologies pertaining to their cars. Furthermore, they frequently asked me numerous questions about the service, maintenance, repairs, options, and/or accessories for their cars. Most of our customers are polite, intelligent, and anxious to learn people. I am not aware that any of our customers would even consider servicing his/her Mercedes, BMW, Lexus or Volvo in Amoco gas station or Jiffy lube. Our customers frequently call us and seek my advice regarding appropriate service or use the franchised dealerships for maintenance of their cars. I do not believe that there is any one customer who ever bought a car from us and was or is unhappy with the quality of the car he received. Quite opposite, they often visit us or call us with the appreciation words for a great quality car they bought from us. Please review sample Testimonials on our website, there is plenty of them! We only sell the very best quality cars available and have highly competitive prices, so for that reason we do not negotiate prices. Regarding the potential customers who are visiting us there may be some who were not very happy because they had either outrages demands, were rude from the beginning or lied to us. Some good examples include one 18 years old man (in “fashionable” pants dropped below his hips) who wanted to test drive our $76,000 Mercedes S550. When asked how he was going to pay for this car he told me that his mom would pay. I recommended that he came back with his mom so we would all together go for a test drive. He said his mom could not come because she lives in Miami. I suggested that we call her. Apparently the phone number he gave me was not in service so I refused letting him to test drive this expensive car. Young guy became upset, left our dealership and posted a negative review with bunch of lies. It doesn’t bother me a bit since I do not know of any mom who would buy a $76,000 Mercedes S550 to her 18 years old soon! Another great example of a negative review is a potential customer who came to buy a $38,000 E500 with 24,000 miles insisting to take this car to his independent mechanic to check the compression rates in all cylinders. I told him, well, I could agree to it only if we send this car to a Mercedes franchised store but I would not agree that independent mechanic may put improper tools on the bolts/nuts leaving the tool marks. Customer became aggressive and rude and also posted a negative review. Finally, I would like to say that I am very pleased that KEVINPET did not buy a car from us.
