Absolute worst customer service for out-of-town buyers. I live 2.5 hours away and tried to arrange details before making the drive. The salesman refused to work with me unless I came in, and when he finall I live 2.5 hours away and tried to arrange details before making the drive. The salesman refused to work with me unless I came in, and when he finally did, he was incredibly condescending. I asked for a standard soft credit pull because I am shopping around at multiple dealerships, and he insulted my intelligence by claiming a hard pull was the only way to even discuss a car. When I complained to the manager about the salesman being a jerk and calling me stupid, the manager completely defended the employee, made excuses for him, and told me they 'can't do business with everyone.' If you value your time, your credit score, and basic human decency, stay far away from ALM Gwinnett. They do not care about customer service." More
