MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALM (GWINNETT) I had a wonderful experience with ALM Gwinnett. My sales representative was Sarah H. I'd never experienced having a female as a car sales person so I I had a wonderful experience with ALM Gwinnett. My sales representative was Sarah H. I'd never experienced having a female as a car sales person so I didn't really know what to expect. I tell you what,,,, SARAH H. is by far the best Sales person I have had in all of my years of purchasing vehicles. Her knowledge of the entire fleet is amazing..her knowledge in the difference between foreign and American vehicles is on a whole another level...She was genuinely working for my best interest and not to just get another car off of the lot. There is no pressure with her and her patience is remarkable. I truly appreciate all of her time. Thabit, Mack, Ken And Brian are the ABSOLUTE BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM IN CAR SALES THAT I HAVE CAME ACROSS IN A VERY VERY LONG TIME..THOSE GUYS REALLY GET YOU TAKEN CARE!!!! I will definitely be going back to ALM (Gwinnett). THE ONLY CON: THE GM(Who's name I do not know) you'd think after purchasing 2 vehicles at the same time when this guy sees you, he would at least speak. But no, instead he never smiled, never looked my way, if it weren't for me speaking to him he would have ran into me because that's how far his NECK was turned the opposite way while walking to keep from speaking. Even when I would stick my head in the door to speak to him he never smiled just looked and said hello then continued on to whatever he was doing...RUDE RUDE RUDE.. definitely not a people person. Best car buying experience ever! I was afraid of driving over 300 miles to get the car I wanted but the price was just amazing and Luiz made it so much easier!
