I came for a safety recall, and after 90+ minutes the service center was unable to address the issue. They offered me no recourse other than to make another appointment and “maybe” it can be fixed next t service center was unable to address the issue. I arrived (third car) line at 8:15 am for 8:30am appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. I was not told by anyone that I had to check-in again inside, after the outside employee c appointment my vehicle was not serviced until after 10am. If my wife had not checked to see what the hold was up and why was our truck still sitting in line while others were being serviced I was told "they didn't know whose vehicle it was and that I was suppose to go to the counter inside service area".
