Plus they printed me out a list of other things that they found wrong with my vehicle, but ignored what I actually came there for. Wasted my time!! More

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent service experience at ALM Hyundai West in Lithia Springs. I brought my car in for service and asked them to also diagnose a blind spot monitor recent service experience at ALM Hyundai West in Lithia Springs. I brought my car in for service and asked them to also diagnose a blind spot monitor message. When I finally got the vehicle back, the passenger side mirror was no longer functional (it no longer folds or tilt) and the window teim was broken. When I returned to the dealership to address this new damage caused during or after their service, the Matthew dismissed the concern, claiming it was going to stop working eventually, and refused to fix it. Was also told the mirror replacement was $1800. It is incredibly frustrating to have a car return from a service center in worse condition than when it was dropped off, only to be told it would've eventually went out. I would caution others to be very careful when trusting this service department with their vehicle. More
