I can honestly say this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. ALM Motors has to be one of the shadiest companies I’ve ever dealt with. I paid extra to have the vehicle shipp car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. ALM Motors has to be one of the shadiest companies I’ve ever dealt with. I paid extra to have the vehicle shipped, and when it arrived, it was clear that no one had taken the time to properly prepare it for delivery. The inside of the car was filthy. It hadn’t even been detailed, and there was a McDonald’s straw left in the back seat. The gas tank was practically on empty, which is unacceptable after paying additional money for shipping. When I opened the hood to inspect the vehicle, I discovered cracked plastic components, and the hood doesn’t even close correctly. To make matters worse, I received absolutely no paperwork regarding my registration, title process, or any documentation related to the vehicle. Communication from ALM Motors has been nonexistent, leaving me completely in the dark about what happens next. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. I will do everything in my power to make sure my friends and family in Atlanta avoid purchasing from ALM Motors. This entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unprofessional from start to finish. I expected far better treatment as a customer, especially after spending my hard-earned money. Without question, this has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. More
