Intially this was my reaction for dealership: Please run to the dealership to go see Kyle. I do not like the thought or sight of going into the dealership, but somehow Kyle made this process a seamless one to the dealership to go see Kyle. Him and his team was able to get the deal done in spite of my credit. I still walked away happy. Update*********** 4/17/26 @ 2:49PM I needed to update my review, while to the eye all seems well it is now 30 days and no tag or registration. I shouldn't have to be given the run around for tag and registration. First it was going to be mailed to my family member's house, then mailed to the dealership, then pick up at the DMV, i actually went up to the dmv and call to make sure, to add insult to injury oh we are still waiting on the dealership to submit paper ETR documents for the car. I have essentially 9 days before i am supposed to move out of Georgia completely. I don't know when I'm getting my car registration and tag. Because the hold up is with the dealership. I feel bad for the car salesman because while he is good. I can't recommend people to shop here knowing these are problems that exist behind the scenes and car and registrations is a big part of it. If the finance department can't get paperwork done in a timely manner what's the point. I spoke with a manager up there this is why it is important to learn processes and procedures of certain departments and don't speak on thing until you know the facts. If I'm telling you what the DMV is telling me i don't care to hear it if it takes up to 45 days. That's if all the documents was submitted on time. Now it can take additional 14 business days from the time the DMV receive and approves all documents which means my tag will be expired. To tell a customer to give you time is asinine. I'm definitely not a happy customer and if i could return the car i would do just that. As i told the manager my expectations is to be issued a new temporary tag. This was not my fault. It's your finance department/clerk. It doesn't matter who handles the paperwork it is an overall customer service failure on the dealership end and ruins the overall customer experience. Also please make sure you read over your contract the finance person will try to sneak things in hoping you won't catch in my case it was no need to try to sneak when it come to add on. But please be cautious if he have you read and sign just because although the finance company called for the welcome call to let me know that i didn't need to get all the gap insurance and maintenance package for loan but i wanted to feel secure or i would have told him to remove everything he thought he got away with. 4/25/2026- After speaking with the DMW about tag and registration. I found out that they didn't update to send the tag and title to the address we discussed but the original address. I was told DMW doesn't allow to be forwarded it will be returned to the state and i will then have to go back to pick one up from them. However in order for me to get a new tag and registration i will have to pay for an upgraded tag for one to be issued so that i will have since i am relocating to Austin, TX on April 27th. i paid the 25.00 +1.00 service fee and email my salesman Kyle to see i can get refunded. Would i ever get that money back probably not. But i know not to refer anybody else to this dealership. More
