Absolutely a terrible experience. The stress and concern this situation has caused me—on top of everything else people are already facing in today's economy—has been overwhelming. Throughout the purchasing process, I repeatedly declined optional products and made it clear that I did not want any additional add-ons. Despite that, I left the dealership believing I had agreed to finance a certain amount, only to later discover that my loan had increased by nearly $5,000 due to optional products that, in my experience, were not clearly disclosed as increasing my financed amount. I felt pressured throughout the finance process, and the products were presented in a way that led me to believe they were complimentary or would have only a minimal impact on my monthly payment (approximately $10), not that they would substantially increase the total amount financed. Within eight days of purchasing the vehicle, I contacted the dealership, submitted cancellation requests, and began disputing the charges. Had the true financial impact been clearly explained, I would have declined these products, just as I had done throughout the transaction. I am currently seeking legal advice because I do not believe the sales practices I experienced reflect the level of transparency and professionalism consumers deserve. I hope ALM Kennesaw takes this opportunity to review its finance practices so that future customers are provided with clear, complete, and honest disclosures before signing financing documents. More
