Promises that were not kept I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Saturday 12/21/19, I was pre-qualified through Capital-One with for the financing with the VIN#. During the preclose the I purchased a Porsche Cayenne Saturday 12/21/19, I was pre-qualified through Capital-One with for the financing with the VIN#. During the preclose the sales manager informed me that due to the lemon-law they could not use Capital One to finance. The vehicle had been returned 3 time for service on the computer, which was replaced according to the Car-Fax report. I told them to proceed that I would proceed with the purchase. I signed all of the contracts and documents, at the point when I should get a temporary Tag Darnell Peeples informed that my license was on hold and he could not issue a tag. He advised me to contact the tag office and have the hold removed at that point he would be able to print and overnight a tag to me. Because of the holidays I was unable to have the hold removed until 12/26/19. I called and spoke with Mr. Peeples who confirmed address and stated that he would overnight the temporary tag. That was at 11:00am plenty of time to get a tag sent overnight for the next day. When the tag did not arrive Friday I was a little concerned and when it did not arrive on Saturday I was a lot concerned. I attempted to call Mr. Peeples 3 times and left a voice advised my concern and requesting a call back. It is Monday morning still no tag and no call. It 9 days after my initial purchase and I do not have a temporary tag. I hope that someone will read this review and follow up with me. Perhaps put a salesman in a car and drive the tag to me....
