My Search was. Success! I placed a call to ALM-Kennesaw earlier this month, and was pleasantly greeted by Oscar. I told him I was interested in a 2016 Acura RDX I had seen on I placed a call to ALM-Kennesaw earlier this month, and was pleasantly greeted by Oscar. I told him I was interested in a 2016 Acura RDX I had seen online that was at their dealership. My name is Rhonda, and it has been a few years since I tried to negotiate for a car, so I just threw out a number I wanted to work towards. Oscar didn’t hesitate to consult with his General Manager to work for me. I would say less than a week later, my son, Matt and myself were sitting at Oscar’s desk completing my deal! Now, I was glad Matt was with me, as he noticed something that needed to be addressed, and again, Oscar enlisted management, and the issue was resolved with no reservation. So, I am now the proud owner of this Acura RDX! I must add that Oscar was very personable, he and Matt got to talk Football! Always a plus! I know if I have any questions, Oscar and the staff at ALM-Kennesaw will assist me, thank you, I will certainly recommend you to my car buying friends. More

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership!!!!! The salesman Sean Greenberg was amazing. He was informative, very friendly, prompt and efficientl. Reporting to Buisness Bueru Words of advice, RUN!!! PLEASE DO NOT purchase a vehicle from the ALM dealerships!! If I can save someone else from the hassle & issues that I’ve bee Words of advice, RUN!!! PLEASE DO NOT purchase a vehicle from the ALM dealerships!! If I can save someone else from the hassle & issues that I’ve been through it’s worth me taking time to post this review. It has been a HORRIBLE experience working with ALM!! I normally don’t post negative reviews but in this case I want to warn anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to not make the same mistake I did!! After driving 6 hours the car wasnt even at the dealership like I was told. While knowing I was on my way the sales representative/manager leaves. I ended up having to either get a hotel or drive back again the next day. I was there for at least 5 hours talking about everything & doing the paper work the next day. Making me miss a prior engagement that day that I had purchased tickets to attend. Unfortunately the experience continues to only get worse after being lead to believe they want to make things right because they are all about “customer service.” I was told many things & it was never what I was told & no one followed through on their word! I was told my car was to be delivered by Thur or Friday but it was not & no one even called nor sent text to let me know that it wasn’t going to be delivered. After I called I was told once again & reassured it was going to be first thing Saturday that someone would be bring the car to me. Once again the car wasn’t delieved nor did anyone call me or text me to tell me otherwise! I had rescheduled my day around the delivery of this car. Work schedule which isn’t easy & it was never delivered!! When I called the manager, Ray which is the 1st time talking to him.... he proceeds to tell me he doesn’t know when “my car” will be ready now? Really..... Another issue during this process. I sign papers with the fincial advisor regarding payment due date & etc... But a week later he text & asked me to please call him. He then informed that he is needing to send new papers for me to resign bc now they have to change the payment due date to earlier. Not the 45 days we agreed to & signed previously! All of this to say I am currently paying insurance on a car & about to make a payment on a car I do not even have in my procession & don’t know when I will even get it!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! If this is what ALM considers great “customer service” I would hate to see what bad customer service looks like! More

Great Experience I must admit that I usually have a little hesitation when shopping for cars. I had been monitoring one particular car for several weeks. I made cont I must admit that I usually have a little hesitation when shopping for cars. I had been monitoring one particular car for several weeks. I made contact with Oscar and set a specific day and time that I would come to ALM Kennesaw to test drive the car. I live about 40 minutes from this location. After our conversation he confirmed the visit via text. Upon arrival, the car(s) that I specified that I wanted to test drive were out front, ready and waiting (BMW 5 series and a Maserati). Entering the facility, Oscar was at the front and greeted me. We test drove the cars and I made my choice. Oscar did an excellent job of starting my paperwork and seeing it through to the end for the BMW 5 series that I chose. In addition, his sales manager, Mark, worked on behalf to ensure that the purchase process was as painless as possible. I also can't forget the finance guy (whose name escapes me right now). While I did have a pre-approval from my own lending institution, he was able to assist in making a deal that was agreeable to all parties. Without this ALM team the process would have been much harder and probably unsuccessful. Kudos to the ALM Kennesaw team, and specifically the 3 people I mentioned above. More

Easy-peasy First off, I can truly appreciate a dealership where you are not attacked by sales people upon getting out of your vehicle. Oscar was not pushy but answered all our questions, gave us time on the test drive, and offered to work on the price when he knew we had to leave without immediately purchasing. Then when two weeks had passed before we were able to come back in, picked up the ball like no time had passed. Got us the price we needed on the car. Good salesman, good guy! More
