Third time's a Charm!! I knew I was in the market for a new car and had been test driving various vehicles at various dealerships. I finally decided on a BMW 428xi Gran Coup I knew I was in the market for a new car and had been test driving various vehicles at various dealerships. I finally decided on a BMW 428xi Gran Coupe. At the first ALM dealership, the rep was NOT knowledgable and could offer me no real information about the car, although I was in love with the look and the feel of the test drive. I then visited a second ALM, 55 miles from my home, to test drive the same vehicle. Once I arrived I noticed the car did not have the features stated online and the sales rep was trying to get me into literally ANYTHING, regardless of my needs. As I traveled back to my home, 2 miles form my destination, Tammy from ALM Kennesaw called. She told me they had the car and invited me to come in. I drove 63 miles to the THIRD ALM dealership and arrived at 730PM!! I walked in and was greeted by Oscar and told him my story. The car was parked outside the door and he invited me to go look at it. We walked outside, it was indeed the car, it had the features stated, so I gave it a test drive. During the drive he educated me on many of the features in the car, things that had not been explained on my first two failed attempts. He really wanted to make sure I would be comfortable with my purchase. Although it was late, he and Darnell, the financial rep, were very helpful! Not only were they helpful, they were extremely personable and genuine. Because this was a big decision and purchase for me, in addition to the run around from the last two dealerships, in addition to the prior searching, I was exhausted and somewhat overwhelmed. They asked the right questions, which led me to the answers that gave me assurance I was doing the right thing!! Almost two hours after my arrival, and all questions were answered, papers were signed and decisions made!! Oscar and Darnell made me not only feel excited about the purchase but also comfortable with everything that had taken place. I felt they were excited for me and that meant a lot to me!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OSCAR AND DARNELL to anyone looking for a new car!! Thank you to you both!!!!! More

I visited other dealerships where I saw the Honda Odyssey. I fell in love with it. The other dealership couldn't get me the payment that I wanted. I found an Odyssey online at ALM. I stopped in and Nicole King began to help me. She showed me the vehicle that I saw online, but then I fell in love with a different one because of the color and features. Nicole was great at helping to move things around to access the vehicle, take me on a test drive, fill out the paperwork, give out doughnuts, and more. She is very bubbly and personable. I actually went to the dealership close to closing time, and she had no issue staying late to help me get the van that I wanted. I left with the 20150 Honda Odyssey that night. ALM helped to get the proper finance and get my payments where I needed them. They even took my poor, beat up Dodge off of my hands. I would recommend them to anyone. More

That led me to come to the dealership even though the car I was interested I appreciated Andy S. for contacting me in reference to my online inquiry. That led me to come to the dealership even though the car I was interested wasn’t available. After arriving, Andy explained to me that the car could potentially become available and took my info and showed me other cars. While discussing the possibility of other cars, the original car I was interested became available and Andy assured me that I would have priority in purchasing it if I was still interested.
