He made this process a breeze and because of his excellent customer service i ended up with a 2015 Hyundai elantra. I visited other dealerships where I saw the Honda Odyssey. I fell in love with it. The other dealership couldn't get me the payment that I wanted. I found an Odyssey online at ALM. I stopped in and Nicole King began to help me. She showed me the vehicle that I saw online, but then I fell in love with a different one because of the color and features. Nicole was great at helping to move things around to access the vehicle, take me on a test drive, fill out the paperwork, give out doughnuts, and more. She is very bubbly and personable. I actually went to the dealership close to closing time, and she had no issue staying late to help me get the van that I wanted. I left with the 20150 Honda Odyssey that night. ALM helped to get the proper finance and get my payments where I needed them. They even took my poor, beat up Dodge off of my hands. I would recommend them to anyone. More

That led me to come to the dealership even though the car I was interested I appreciated Andy S. for contacting me in reference to my online inquiry. That led me to come to the dealership even though the car I was interested wasn’t available. After arriving, Andy explained to me that the car could potentially become available and took my info and showed me other cars. While discussing the possibility of other cars, the original car I was interested became available and Andy assured me that I would have priority in purchasing it if I was still interested.
