I went there looking for a Honda sports 2014. The service was amazing I wanted another key because they didn't have the remote key to the car so they made that possible. The car wasn't new so expect a little this and that but it was three holes from I'm guessing a cigarette burn on the back seat which wouldn't have been a big deal for some but, I wanted that fixed and not only did they fix that I got the car at the price I wanted. More

2015 Honda accord EX-L I went to ALM kennesaw after I went to ALM Roswell where I had a terrible experience with Alexander who patronized me and tried to sell me a similar H I went to ALM kennesaw after I went to ALM Roswell where I had a terrible experience with Alexander who patronized me and tried to sell me a similar Honda Accord fort a higher price when he told me I was going to get a lower price. So after my experience with Alexander in ALM Roswell, I went to check out a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L at ALM Kennesaw after speaking with Oscar on the phone. Unfortunately Oscar was not available when I went to ALM Kennesaw later that day and was shown the car by another gentleman whose name I cannot recall. He was very nice and not pushy but he could not come down to Market value on the car (not including dealer fees) and when he went to get the next in line sales guy (whose name I cannot recall but he was a big guy) to negotiate with me I was very turned off, the guy was arrogant and condescending and I grabbed my keys and walked out of the sales center very disgruntled at the attitude and demeanor of this sales guy and how I was being treated. I was chased after by the initial sales guy on my way out but he went even higher on the price he originally said which annoyed me even more and I left. Fortunately Oscar Bryant called me the next day and was very nice and personable and very apologetic about the prior experience I had received and that he had not intended for me to receive the treatment I had received. Oscar and I agreed to a price and to give the car an alignment that it needed. when I came to pick up the car Oscar had applied the tags and noticed some small area of clear coating on the back that I had not noticed and he said he wanted to get that fixed so I didn’t notice a week later and claim dishonety with the dealer. So I have respect for him for pointing that out and they fixed it up and it looks great, as he could have just peaced out afterwards once the car was off the lot which is something you remember the next time someone asks you where to buy their next car from. My experience with Oscar has been great and he has been very accessible everytime I texted him and I never really felt he was trying to one up me, and I felt he wanted to make sure I was having a good experience with the car. He had asked me about how the car is treating me which has been great overall, The alignment job that Ford did has not been sufficient and the wheel shakes some when braking but that is Ford’s fault for not fixing the job that was originally supposed to be done. So Oscar put me in contact with the service manager Brenden to get the car fixed again. Brenden, instead of having me drive 1.5 hours up to Kennesaw during rush hour, is going to have me take it to a near by dealer and Brenden is going to pay for the problems over the phone which saves me a lot of trouble and hassle. Assuming all goes smoothly next week with this final repair, I am going to be a very happy camper but I already know Oscar will make things right regardless because you get that vibe when dealing with someone like him. But the car is just awesome otherwise so I am happy so far. So given this experience I’ve had with Oscar (and Brenden) I highly recommend you seek out Oscar at ALM kennesaw so you can avoid dishonest people who are just trying to get one over on you. I sent in an online inquiry about it and the next morning Jim, who I had spoke with before when we were looking for my wife a car, contacted me and hooked me up with my man Oscar. I drove down from Ball Ground in a couple hours to check out the truck. As we all know the car buying experience is a stressful time. Oscar made this not to be the case at all. He is a top notch gentleman and really connects with his customers on a level that makes them feel at "home." As the financial people were dealing with the banks he took the time to hang out with me and make me feel as relaxed as one can feel when making that kind of financial decision. After locating the vehicle in their inventory, I contacted Oscar for price agreement, and from there the process went fairly smoothly. We communicated via cell and text, and I was able to drive the vehicle out to have it inspected,. I also applied for credit through ALM after being turned down by a couple of credit unions. My overall experience at ALM Kennesaw was very good. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced, and the service provided by Oscar and his support staff was excellent.
