Do Not Purchase Your Vehicle from this place I drove 9 1/2 hours on 4/5/2018 to have the worst car buying experience ever! Very unprofessional! I originally started my car buying experience from I drove 9 1/2 hours on 4/5/2018 to have the worst car buying experience ever! Very unprofessional! I originally started my car buying experience from the dealership in Union City. I seen the car I wanted at the Kennesaw location and the lady from Union City told me to go test drive the car I liked and she will pick the car up. I get there and the car is not equipped with anything the website stated. (False advertising) They told me at the Kennesaw location they were not releasing the car to Union City. I purchased the vehicle in Kennesaw. I had my own finance company and they never faxed the paperwork to my credit union. After several calls to the dealership (which no one ever returned my calls) finally the contract was closed after almost 2 weeks. They were suppose to transfer my personalized plates over to my new car, instead I got charged for new plates and received new plates in the mail. Now no one is returning my calls to settle this matter. I CANNOT TAKE THIS PLACE SERIOUS. I have reported them to the BBB 2x's. More

However, Tree was awesome. Awesome salesman working at an okay place. More

Andy was so patient with me as I had him running keys for various cars back and forth, even when it was raining all weekend. He's a wonderful person to work through this typically very stressful decision and buying process, and I appreciate what a kind approach he took. He had just gotten back from being away for 3 weeks, and he didn't miss a beat the entire time. They were great the 1st time around, not pushy, very helpful, and educated my Wife and I on a couple of cars we were looking at to narrow it down to the one. I worked with Oscar Bryant this time around and he was just as wonderful. He knew so much about the Acura we were looking at. He pointed features out, educated how the tech & gadgets worked, and taught us a lot during the test-drive. Again, he was not pushy at all, so easy to work with, and we settled on a fair price for both of us on the purchase of my new Acura. Overall Oscar and ALM-Kennesaw was a pleasure to work with.
