Disappointed I was very let down with ALM. I paid cash for the full price of my Dodge Ram 2016 Rebel. My salesman gave me the vehicle on EMPTY and it was not det I was very let down with ALM. I paid cash for the full price of my Dodge Ram 2016 Rebel. My salesman gave me the vehicle on EMPTY and it was not detailed. I called when I was on the way there and he told me he was getting my truck detailed and was about to fill up the tank. I expected a quality experience since I paid straight out and it's LUXERY MOTORS. No gas, no detail, no 2nd key, no manual, no mats.....No reason to return or recommend this place. Almost regretting it. More

Professional and Courteous We were greeted with a hand shake and smile by a sales consultant who is referred to as "TREE". From our online research we knew the vehicle we wanted to see and he got busy right away trying to work it out for us. At no time did "TREE" make us feel the normal pains and pressure of dealing with typical sales staff. He never pushed or try to sway us to something else. He came back from the sales desk with the first offer. Normally this process can be a long drawn out back and forth process. But we discussed it and he came back the 2nd time with an offer that worked for us and was what we were asking for. We would recommend this dealership and we would definitely recommend asking for DeAndre "TREE" Ogletree when you call or arrive. More
