We ended up buying the Van because my wife really wanted it but if I had to do it over again I would not have. Waited an hour to see the van and it never showed up had to come back the next day after I was it but if I had to do it over again I would not have. Waited an hour to see the van and it never showed up had to come back the next day after I was told the out the door price was going to be what I wanted if I came back. Next day the van was still not there had to wait another hour and finally got to drive it. The manager agreed with me on the out the door price without my $7k down payment factored in and then proceeds to sneek in the pricing with my $7k down payment. I threatened to walk away and he wave $2800 in fees but still puts me way over budget but he already had my wife really wanting the van so we bought it anyways. they also said the would address the broken vent adjuster on the dash and give me a full detail job and a full tank of gas for our troubles and we got NONE of those things. Then 2 days later the check engine light comes on and it needs a new catalytic converter. We had Dallas Dodge check it out and MADE ALM pay for the new catalytic converter. We basically were lied too from the start but they played on my wifes emotions and knew they had sale. I'll never buy from them again. More
