I brought it to my mechanic to get his opinion and he suggested the rear brakes be replaced soon if I bought the car. When I told Oscar, he didn’t hesitate to have them fixed free of charge. I was so relieved. I really appreciated Oscar’s ability to break everything down and speak car talk that wasn’t over my head. He really cared about my experience and worked hard to make the buying process as streamlined as possible. He takes great pride in his work and I will definitely buy another car from him again! I had been gone doing military training for six months and when I got back a decided my Jeep needed a replacement ready as it has 260,000 even though it is still going strong. Oscar made this a great buying experience and was very friendly. Helped me test drive and get into the car I wanted. It did take a while doing all the paperwork, but in the end was worth it. Defiently a dealer I will likely be returning to when I'm ready for my next ride. More

DO NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISES I bought a Lincoln MKZ 2015 from ALM on April 11, 2018. The sales representative Dre was the one who initiated and handled the beginning purchase of t I bought a Lincoln MKZ 2015 from ALM on April 11, 2018. The sales representative Dre was the one who initiated and handled the beginning purchase of the vehicle. While handling the finance end of the deal the car was sent to be detailed. I was promised by "Dre" to be out of the dealership in 30 minutes to 1 hour. One hour turns into 2+ hours. From this point everything went in a downhill spiral. The car came back from the detailing department completely filthy. I noticed the passenger car mat was missing & the keyless door entry hadn't been set. The floor mat that Dre tried to replace in the car was not the floor mat that fit the Lincoln MKZ on the passenger side. The other floor mats were the custom mats originally in the car when purchased. I voiced all my concerns prior to leaving the dealership. Dre stated that it is not uncommon for another sales associate to take floor mats out of one car and replace in another car. I was told to come back the next morning at 10am to take care of the issues. When I arrived on Thursday morning the car was sent to the detail department. I was instructed to take the car to Ford to have the keyless door entry reset at Ford. Ford instructed me that the cost was going to be an additional $65 dollars. Back to ALM I go to discuss with the General Manager Keith. Keith spoke with the manager of ALM service department and a time was scheduled to have the keyless door panel set. Again, I asked the General Manager Keith several times about the floor mat that was missing from the car and that was promised to replaced. Keith stated he would speak to Dre and get back with me as to when I would have the floor mat. I have called the dealership multiple times & left several messages for Keith to call me back. I was told today 04.25.2018 after message #4 he was too busy dealing with the dealership to assist me from the sales associate Ramon/Rico. I asked about all the other messages left and was told the General Sales Manager Keith has been busy. All I am wanting is the floor mat that I was promised when I left the dealership on 04.11.2018. After reading the reviews on the several different sites this is an ongoing issue with this dealership. ALM makes promises to their customers that they don’t honor. More
