I've had trust issues and was not presented with REAL NUMBERS PAPER WORK, it was my first experience on buying a car and I'll learn next time - I need the descriptive of every charge on the car, make sur NUMBERS PAPER WORK, it was my first experience on buying a car and I'll learn next time - I need the descriptive of every charge on the car, make sure to take a picture and a copy. I did ask for those paper many times and in of it all it just made me more skeptical and with less trust. And even tho I got the car and it is fair I still got question I feel I can't reach. Don't go if you have a Capital One pre-approval. They will string you along all day and do anything but honor the pre-approval. They will deceive you, manipulate, and by the end of it all after yo They will string you along all day and do anything but honor the pre-approval. They will deceive you, manipulate, and by the end of it all after you're exhausted, you'll leave with a car on their terms and not those of your pre-approval. Demand it be honored at the beginning and don't relent. Walk away. There are way too many options to be tricked by used-car salespeople. More
