Dishonest Dealership I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this dealership and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to all potential customers. In Oct I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this dealership and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to all potential customers. In October of 2017, I test drove a 2014 Subaru Forester with a clean carfax. I decided that I liked the car and so I put a hold on the car while me and my father got the money. I was told that I would have to put $1,000 to hold the car which is A LOT. I went ahead and did this . While waiting for 3 hours for the financial department to do their "job", a few salesmen would come up to me and my friend and congratulate my guy friend on his purchase. Who would think that in 2017, a woman could purchase a car? So over the next week, my father receives the paperwork because he is a co-signer. In the meantime, I decide to set an appointment for the salesman to bring the car to a mechanic in Kennesaw. The mechanic whom I paid for a thorough inspection says that the car is a FLOOD CAR. I called ALM Kennesaw trying to get to Andy Sodipo(the car salesman) to talk about getting my refund back. A day later I miss a call from Andy and he leaves a voicemail asking where I was on the car and that he had someone looking at the car. I call back the next day to find out that Andy had allowed the car to be sold without my permission or refunding my $1,000. Andy said two times that he would work on my refund over the next week. I decide to call the manager to make sure that things were moving in that direction. Instead, I have an awful conversation with a manager named Keith who says that they do not owe me a refund. He was rude and talked over me a lot and was condescending. He also tried to convince me that the mechanic I paid for was wrong which is comical. I should add that my father had talked to Keith about getting a refund if the mechanic report is negative and Keith had said yes to a full refund. It was my mistake that I did not get any of this in writing. So, not only did ALM Kennesaw try to sell us a flood car, but they backed out on their word when they said(three times) that they would refund me AND they sold the car while I had put a $1,000 hold on it and had NOT explicitly said that I did not want the car. I feel bad for the people that did buy that flood car unknowingly. This dealership is dishonest and sexist. Do not waste your time. No thanks to ALM Kennesaw, I did get my money back because I filed all of the evidence to Wells Fargo for a dispute claim. I was ready to go to court but thankfully Wells Fargo worked with ALM Kennesaw's bank on behalf of me and was successful. More

Settled on price and Did finance paperwork the previous day and was told there was a hold sticker on vehicle for me to arrive the next day to inspect and sign on dotted line. Oscar and general manager have absolutely no integrity! Can’t imagine what it would have been like if I actually bought the car and had a problem with it. More

The BEST car buying experience EVER!! Ask for Oscar and Glen I’ve always dreaded the car buying process so when my car was totaled in November the thought of having to go through the process of buying another ca I’ve always dreaded the car buying process so when my car was totaled in November the thought of having to go through the process of buying another car became beyond stressful. Visiting several dealerships to test drive cars confirmed why I hate the process until I visited ALM Kennesaw. Oscar Bryant is the BEST Salesperson I have ever come across. His professionalism is impeccable! His in depth product knowledge about the vehicle helped me to feel confident in the choice that I was making. I did not feel forced or coerced but educated even more so than when I came into the dealership. His follow up skills made me feel like it was not just another sale to him but that he is a person who actually cares for his customers and their satisfaction with their purchase. Thank you Oscar! And then for the finance/closing piece where I always felt like regardless of my own preparedness the Finance Manager always finds a way to “get you” and you walk out spending more money than anticipated. I didn’t feel that way with Glenn Stevenson. Glenn is another extremely knowledgeable professional who made my closing experience easy and non stressful. Glenn presented my finance options which were within the total price, monthly payment and payoff timeframe that I wanted and still allowed me time to confirm my final decision without any pressure. Glenn reviewed every aspect of my contract and clarified any questions I asked. I never really understood the need for Gap insurance but Glenn provided the best and most concise benefit for getting it; and I did. Thank you Glenn! Overall, with Oscar and Glenn this was by far THE BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. Both gentlemen are top notch in their craft/profession! I have already recommended both of them to family and friends who are thinking about a car purchase. ALM and especially ALM Kennesaw, Oscar Bryant and Glenn Stevenson are diamonds in your organization! I absolutely love my Lexus ES 350! Thank you for a great car buying experience. More
