He called that location to verify that the car was actually there and had the accessories I wanted. He them went to get the car and bring it back to where I was. He also had the Finance Manager work with me while he was gone so the entire car buying process would be faster. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, helpful and courteous. I traded in my old Mercedes and they gave me more than CarMax and other dealers for it. I highly recommend ALM Kennesaw and love my Blue Mercedes. Oscar diligently searched for and successfully found the exact car and specifications i decided on within a week's time. Even though i knew he had other clients, he made it feel as though I was his only one. Once we selected the car, he completed his end of the paperwork with us and got us to the financial officer as quickly as he could. While we waited for the F.O., he kept us abreast of the progress with the final paperwork and checked in with us often. I give Oscar 5 stars for his exemplary service to our needs. I give the dealership 4 stars. I hold back one star for the long wait we encountered getting to the F.O., and while we are very happy with our car and are grateful everything was taken care of in an afternoon, things slowed to a snail's pace as we waited for and met with the F.O. However, he too was quite knowledgeable and handled the final paperwork in as timely a manner as you can a mountain of paperwork. Finally, while I know he was doing his job, he really pressed to sell us a huge extended warranty, and I really hate high pressure sales tactics. That being said, it was still a great place to buy a car, and we are very happy with our purchase. Go see Oscar! More

We had issues with our bank and he and the management team went above and beyond to bat for us to ensure that we went home with the car we wanted. The overall experience was Amazing, they had a wide selection of cars to choose from and the prices were very reasonable.
