Last week they told me that the countdown to return the rental car had begun which meant that the countdown to find a new car had also started. My insurance company helped me narrow down car options but before I could settle on THE one, I needed to test drive them. My first dealership that I went to happened to be ALM and needless to say, they were my first and last stop! Oscar greeted my family and I and was amazing with helping me be more open to other options that they had within my price range. He treated us like family and by the end of the day, I had my heart set on a 2016 Buick Verano which was different than what I originally came for, but it was newer, lesser miles, and STILL within my price range! ALM has definitely made loyal customers out of my family and I and I have already referred the company and Oscar to my friends! More

Oscar responded with a verbal confirmation and texted me a picture of said feature. There were many more such instances throughout the entire transaction, start to finish. He is genuine in his price negotiatings and did everything he could to get us a great deal. In the future I would definitely buy for Oscar and ALM Kennesaw again. More
