Very disappointed. Should have been a breeze. I have excellent credit and no trade in. I was not happy with the hidden fees but was assured the "Motor Trend" rating Should have been a breeze. I have excellent credit and no trade in. I was not happy with the hidden fees but was assured the "Motor Trend" rating meant a complete recondition. They sent me home with a bum headlight, cruise not working and a few other items No big deal I took it back (1 hr each way) they kept it for 2 days and fixed the items. They had given me a promise to repair a large scratch in the back. I brought the car back to fix it (again 1 hr there and 1 hr back) I just got the car back and it looks worse than when i dropped it off! I had been shown a video which showed their work and let me just say it didn't look like the video at all. I have had the car for a month and still do not have my 2nd set of keys which I was told were in the mail multiple times. The car i purchased is very hard to find or I would have walked out the door . Just extremely disappointed and would not purchase from this location in the future More

The car I bought had a huge dent they promised to take out— took it out but the paint job is absolute crap. Looks like spray paint, entirely different shine than the rest of the car including the fact the out— took it out but the paint job is absolute crap. Looks like spray paint, entirely different shine than the rest of the car including the fact they never buffed out the sand job. Sent a picture to the salesman, got completely ignored. So many hidden issues with the car. Broken brake light, sunroof broken. And only one key that doesn’t even work. All hidden until we closed. Strategic marketing. You’ve been warned. They don’t give a rip about you, just your wallet. More
