GREAT, unlike any other dealer experience in the best way! I had been researching a used Mustang (Shelby GT350, not the easiest car to find!) and this dealer had the perfect one I was looking for. I called Oscar Bryant that very morning and he had the car ready for me when I arrived an hour later. He walked me through the process and trade in when we hit one small snag on my trade value. It was at that point in time that they gained my business, THE MANAGER CAME DOWN FROM THE "HIGH DESK" TO DISCUSS IN PERSON!! I have purchased MANY cars in the past and this is the first time I have had the manager come to talk and negotiate directly. Everyone knows the game that most dealers play with negotiations, "let me go ask the man in the high desk" and you never actually get to meet him, that has always drove me crazy!! These folks here at ALM have a great personal touch and I will always look to them for my used car needs in the future FIRST.
